Cory Krist

Cory Krist“I believe being physically active and connecting with others is vital to our personal well being. Moving to Kelowna and not knowing anyone, being a KTC member has allowed me to meet so many amazing people who motivate and inspire me to be the best version of myself I can be each and every day.”

Cory has been an avid Triathlete and Coach for over 17 years. Cory graduated from Brock University with an Honours Bachelor of Kinesiology Degree and quickly discovered his passion for coaching, health, fitness and recreation. He spent 6 years as an age-group swim club coach, the Head Coach of the Brock Niagara Masters Swim Club and various youth triathlon clubs. Colin Wallace

Colin WallaceI derive inspiration from the achievements of those I have the privilege to mentor and guide through athletic and professional journeys.

My passion is athletics, and although I have been a competitive athlete for over 25 years, I fell in love with the sport, even more, when I began coaching. Through my guidance, I have worked with athletes that have qualified for the Boston marathon, represented their province at Canada Summer Games, and won Canadian Collegiate Athletic Association national team titles! I have worked with athletes with a range of experience, from beginners to veterans, and my goal is to help each and every one of them achieve their very best, no matter the event they are training for.

I love the sport of triathlon and each of its individual components. I have experience in open water swim, cycling, running (i.e., road, track and cross-country), and triathlon events. As a physiologist, I understand the purpose each training session serves in order to get an athlete to the start line feeling fit and fresh, and to the finish line with a sense of accomplishment and pride. I am committed to ensuring you accomplish your goals and maintain your motivation to participate in this amazing sport!
