KTC Bike Program

Spring Program


The Spring KTC Bike Program will be focusing on improving your Sprint and Standard Triathlon Race Pace, (Threshold Pace). You will also focus on building Your Aerobic Endurance and revisiting some outdoor group riding and triathlon racing skills.

  • A mix of Indoor Trainer Interval Sessions and Outdoor Group Training Sessions.
  • Time Trial, Hill Climb and Brick Workouts.
  • Good company to suffer with or kill time on those long rides!
  • Strava segment challenges and competitions to scratch that competitive itch!

Session Duration: 12 Weeks

Session Dates: March 29th to June 13th, 2021

Workout Schedule:

  • Tuesday Night – 6:00 PM – 7:30 PMish
  • Thursday Night- 6:00 PM – 7:30 PMish
  • Sunday Morning – 8:00 AM – Finish
