KTC Swim Program

Spring Program

The KTC Spring program focus will be on continuing to build your speed in the pool and begin to carry that new-found speed into middle-distance intervals. We will also continue to build swimming endurance, muscular endurance and there is always a bit of technical work.

  • “Fun” elimination-style sets to squeeze all the speed out of you we can.
  • Longer continuous and broken sets…often with toys to continue building your endurance!
  • Triathlon-specific skills like drafting and sighting to prep you for the lake!
  • And swimming is just way more fun as a team!

  • Monday & Wednesday Afternoons @ 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM
  • Tuesday & Thursday Mornings @ 6:00 AM – 7:00 AM & 7:00 AM – 8:00 AM 
  • Saturday Morning @ 7:15 AM – 8:15 AM
