Unless you’re doing your final push for Ironman Canada at the end of September, it’s time to enjoy a bit of “off season” training. The first few weeks will consist of easy, recovery focused swimming or putting the final touches together for your big Ironman race. We’ll continue to focus on your stroke technique through the fall and progress from “simple”, technical aspects into more advanced swimming techniques.
This will also be the time where we start building endurance and we will throw a little bit of speed work in from time to time! The majority of our time will be spent working on the Freestyle stroke but we will also have the opportunity to practice “those other strokes” a bit too. We will also use this off season time to practice other swimming skills like turns, dives and using various pieces of training equipment.

Saturday Mornings (1 Swim per Week. Long Course – 50m)
*You can choose to just swim on Tuesday & Thursdays, just swim on Saturday, OR Swim all three days! Just add all the sessions you want to attend to your shopping cart as they are sold as separate “products”.
