Summer Program 2022

Stay Sharp During Race Season!!

You’re going to see a lot of Aerobic, Tempo, and Threshold Intensity swimming to maximize your distance swimming speed. Race season will be underway during this session and we’ll be practicing various race skills and pacing strategies.     

All ability levels are welcome but you should be able to swim a few 50m repeats without stopping… but they don’t have to be pretty 😉 

That’s what we’re here for!

Recommended Equipment:

  • Fins (short training fins)
  • Paddles
  • Swim Snorkel

Swim Workout Options:

Tuesday & Thursday Mornings/Afternoon (2 Swims per Week. Short Course – 25m)

  • 6:00 AM – 7:00 AM 
  • 7:00 AM – 8:00 AM
  • 11:45 AM – 12:45 PM   

Saturday Mornings – OPEN WATER GROUP SWIM

  • 7:00 AM – 8:30 AM
