RMR & Warm Up Protocal

Knowing your RMR, (Resting Metabolic Rate) helps you accurately match your daily calorie intake to your body’s needs, improving energy balance, training performance, and overall recovery.

Warm up Protocal

Using a Moxy oxygen sensor allows you to tailor your warm-up based on real-time muscle oxygenation, ensuring you're properly primed for performance and avoiding unnecessary fatigue or under-preparation.

VO2 Max

Your aerobic engine size, the gold-standard measure of endurance capacity.

General or Sport Specific

The 5-1-5 step test involves performing two five-minute efforts at the same intensity separated by a one-minute recovery, while monitoring muscle oxygen, HRV, and blood lactate to identify the key physiological factors limiting your performance.
